Maintenance methods for electric vehicle controllers
1. When the electric vehicle has a brush controller and there is no output
1. Set the multimeter to 20 units (DC) and first measure the high level of the gate output signal Low potential.
If the brake lever is pressed and there are more than 4 V potential changes in the brake lever signal, the gate fault can be ruled out.
3. Then, based on the commonly used world pin function table of the brush controller, perform circuit analysis on the measured voltage values of the main control Shimane logic chip, and check the peripheral devices (resistors) of each chip capacitance. Is the value of the diode consistent with the markings on the surface of the component.
four We can troubleshoot peripheral devices or integrated circuits by replacing them with devices of the same model.
2. When the brushless controller of the electric vehicle has no output at all
1. Refer to the main phase inspection measurement diagram of the brushless motor controller and use a multimeter with a DC voltage of+50V to check whether the gate voltage of the 6 MOS transistors corresponds to the rotation angle of the handle.
If not, it indicates a fault in the PWM circuit or MOS pipeline drive circuit in the controller.
3. Refer to the main phase inspection diagram of the brushless controller, measure whether the voltage of the input and output pins of the chip corresponds to the rotation angle of the handle, determine which chips have faults, and replace them with chips of the same model to troubleshoot.
